Amenonuhoko or 天沼矛 or 天之瓊矛 or 天瓊戈, “heavenly jeweled spear” is a form of spiritual purification and energy healing technique in which a Ninzuwu priest/priestess initiated into esoteric Shinto and has undergone formal training in this form of mystical practice, uses a system of mantras and mudras to invoke the powers of the kami for purposes of purification and healing.
The term Amenonuhoko derives from ancient Shinto lore. It is a jeweled-speared that was given to the Shinto deities Izanagi-no-Mikoto and Izanami-no-Mikoto as recorded in the Japanese creation epic. Modern-day use of this term extends itself to the Art of Ninzuwu’s science of healing, appropriately called Amenonuhoko.
Every month, Ninzuwu will bless and heal family, friends, and the community using Yasakani no Magatama (a method of Amenonuhoko) for good fortune and healing..
